Who We Are

AUFSTRO ("AUFSTRO," "we," "us," or "our") is an influencer marketing agency operating from Pakistan, serving clients primarily in the United States and United Kingdom, and in other markets as opportunities arise. AUFSTRO is not currently a registered business entity.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit aufstro.com or submit an inquiry to us.

What Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your brand or company name
  • Your approximate campaign budget

We do not collect payment card details, financial account information, or any other personal information beyond what's needed to understand and respond to your inquiry. Budget decisions and any payment arrangements are handled directly and individually once a project moves forward, and are never processed through this website.

We do not use analytics or advertising tracking tools on this website. We don't track your browsing behavior, build advertising profiles, or use cookies for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Understand your brand and campaign needs
  • Follow up about a potential project
  • Maintain a record of past inquiries for our own reference

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond these, and we do not send unsolicited marketing communications based on a form submission alone.

How Your Information Is Collected and Stored

Our contact form is powered by Netlify Forms, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Submitted information is then stored in a lead management dashboard built on Supabase, which is privately accessible only to the AUFSTRO team. Supabase stores this data in a data center located in Sydney, Australia.

We use Zoho Mail for our business email (hello@aufstro.com), which may process message content when we correspond with you by email.

Because AUFSTRO operates from Pakistan and serves clients in the US, UK, and other countries, submitting a form or emailing us may involve your information being transferred to and stored on servers outside your home country — currently, in Australia via our Supabase database. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure and limit access to it to the AUFSTRO team.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, under any circumstances.

We only share information with the service providers necessary to operate this website and store inquiries — currently Netlify (hosting and form processing), Supabase (lead storage), and Zoho (business email) — each of which processes data solely to provide their respective service to us, not for their own independent use.

If your inquiry develops into an active client project, any further information sharing (for example, with a creator or third party relevant to a campaign) will only happen with your knowledge and as part of the terms agreed in your project agreement — never as a default practice.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain inquiry information (name, email, brand name, budget) for up to 1 year from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless you've become an active client.

If you become an active client, information related to your project is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed for our own records — separate from this general inquiry-data retention period.

If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us at hello@aufstro.com and we'll remove it.

Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to what's strictly necessary for basic website functionality (for example, form submission handling through Netlify). We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Explain how your information has been used

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@aufstro.com. We'll respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

If you're located in the UK or EU, these rights align with what's generally available to you under UK GDPR / EU GDPR. If you're located in the US, we honor equivalent requests regardless of the specific state privacy law that may apply to you, since we hold a limited, clearly defined set of data and no advertising or data-sale practices to opt out of.

Children's Privacy

This website and our services are not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact hello@aufstro.com and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices or tools change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here directly; we don't maintain a separate change log at this time.
